As we prepared for our golden years of retirement and relaxation, we have enjoyed spending time in our recreational vehicle each summer. A few short weeks ago, we made the decision to upgrade our current Jayco trailer and went shopping for quotes and pitches from the sales staff at the various vendors and were quite pleased to find Shawn Keough at Albany RV.
Shawn attentively listened to our needs, interests, funding and interests with the intent of not only meeting our needs but exceeding them. Instead of trying to up-sell us, show us everything but what we described, he took us initially and directly to what we asked for and talked about how we could make our dream of changing vehicles not just a potentiality but a definite reality. After showing us the initial unit he then took us and showed us the potential for this purchase or future purchases; however, he did that with such grace that we did not feel any pressure to buy anything but what we wanted.
While some sales professionals are dedicated to increasing their sales and boosting their portfolio; Shawn was focused on our sale, our interests and our dreams. Shawn realizes that one sale now may lead to future sales from us or our friends and family. His effort to invest in our interests and dreams has left us with a very positive feeling about Albany RV.

On Saturday 4/11/09 we picked up our second camper bought from your company. I just wanted to let you know that we had a great experience from everyone there. It started with Gloria who set us up with Debbie LaJoy they were both great. From there Jessica did good by us she did a great job. Even the girl at the front desk on Saturday to the girl that drove us over for our 5th wheel at the service department was great.
BUT Bruce our demo guy went over and above for us. We had a complication with our brake lights he worked and worked with us to try and fix the problem which we found out later that it held him up from finishing his work. The way we found out was we went back at about 7:45 Saturday evening and he was still working on a trailer. You have some remarkable people working for you Ray and I just felt you should hear about the good experiences people have because we are sure you hear about the bad ones. Please pass this on to all of your people involved.

First, let me say that we are very pleased with our new Cardinal 27' fifth wheel camper. It's beautiful! We feel that we are richly blessed by the Lord in having been able to find such a great deal on the price and to be able to complete all the transactions and nitty gritty by phone. You and your staff have all been wonderful, from Roberta who started the wheels turning, to Kris in finance, your receptionist Amanda. We were blessed by the effort and time put into the delivery, both Eric and his buddy were attentive to detail and made us feel very important. I know you gave extra effort to help us in coming up with the money by letting us have time to sell our camper and yet were willing to give us "something" for ours if we were unable to sell it. All in all we found it exciting to be able to say we bought the camper we dreamed about by telephone from New York.

We would just like to write a little note to thank the people who "demo"ed our trailer on Thursday. Even though this is our second trailer, there were lots of things we learned. All the men who helped explain different things about the camper were really helpful, and actually went beyond what was expected.
We were very impressed with the professionalism of the service workers. They made sure we were completely satisfied, from arranging to have the carpets cleaned the next day at our home, to replacing the front panels of our refrigerator with "custom made" white panels. We will highly recommend your company to our friends and would like for you to share our thanks with the service men who took care of us that day.

We want to thank you for the kindness you have shown us. We love our new RV Motorhome and plan to use it for many happy years. Your helping in purchasing it was very valuable to us. Our first big trip took us to Georgia and the Great Smokies Mountains. The view was wonderful. From there we stopped in Tenn. where we went to Dollywood for two days and stayed in a great campsite just outside the gate. Yesterday we received your cookies.
