It is important to note that all New Vehicles carry a manufacturer's warranty standard with the unit. The manufacturers warranty only covers work to be done "at the dealer's facility" and not in the field or on-site anywhere other than the dealership.

We understand that some customers would like service on-site or at their home.Therefore, we've employed a select staff that can perform this higher level of service anywhere in our region.

This Service is not FREE or covered by any manufacturer's warranty.Although we would like to be able go to all customers sites for free, it would be impossible for our company (or any dealer for that matter) to do that. NO Factory warranty covers that cost.

In order to be considered for on-site service you must either have an extended warranty OR pay for the on site service fee with a credit card.We think both of these fees, either the cost of an extended warranty that covers on site service or the service fee itself are excellent investments for an upgraded level of service.Without an extended warranty and/or paying the service fee you must bring your vehicle into our service location (just like a car dealer) to get warranty work performed.

1) If you have an extended warranty with a $0. deductible you will be billed for nothing except any extra customer pay items you request.

2) The on-site service fee for one trip to the site within 60 miles of 1101 Central Avenue, Albany New York is $99.00.For every mile past 60 miles you will be billed $1.00.

3) Customer agrees to pay for any service requested not covered by the manufacturer�s or extended warranty company policy.

4) In order to perform your requested repair, you agree and hereby authorize your credit card to be charged for up to, but no more than, 2 hours labor ($89 x 2) in addition to the on-site fee, without the Technician getting your prior approval from you in order to complete the work in the event it is not covered by your warranty.

5) By this request you are giving Albany RV and designated Technician the authorization to enter your premises are the requested time, during normal business hours to perform work on your RV.

6) Repeat trips to your site require additional service fee to be paid.The $99. fee is per/unit.If a campground has 3 units requiring on site service the service fee needs to be paid X 3.The $99. fee not only covers transport logistics but also added insurance in order to perform this service.
