The FIRST CLASS level of RV Ownership
It is important to note that all New Vehicles carry a manufacturer's warranty standard with the unit. The manufacturers
warranty only covers work to be done "at the dealer's facility" and not in the field or on-site anywhere other than the
dealership.
We understand that some customers would like service on-site or at their home.Therefore, we've employed a select staff
that can perform this higher level of service anywhere in our region.
This Service is not FREE or covered by any manufacturer's warranty.Although we would like to be able go to all customers
sites for free, it would be impossible for our company (or any dealer for that matter) to do that. NO Factory warranty
covers that cost.
In order to be considered for on-site service you must either have an extended warranty OR pay for the on site service
fee with a credit card.We think both of these fees, either the cost of an extended warranty that covers on site service
or the service fee itself are excellent investments for an upgraded level of service.Without an extended warranty and/or
paying the service fee you must bring your vehicle into our service location (just like a car dealer) to get warranty
work performed.
